Roconkibart (JS005) is an anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody that selectively blocks IL-17A binding to its receptor (IL-17RA/IL-17RC). In Phase 3 for adult moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis it achieved a 91% PASI 90 response at week 16, and its NDA has been accepted by China's NMPA.
