Junshi Biosciences licensed Greater China rights to roconkibart (JS005), its anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody, to Fosun Wanbang Pharma Group (a wholly owned subsidiary of Fosun Pharma). Fosun Wanbang receives exclusive development, registration and commercialization rights plus co-exclusive manufacturing rights across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Terms: RMB215 million upfront, up to RMB1.125 billion in development and sales milestones (~RMB1.34 billion / ~$187M total), plus double-digit tiered royalties. Roconkibart's NDA for adult moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis has been accepted by China's NMPA following positive Phase 3 results (91% PASI 90 at week 16).
