Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group announced on October 19, 2026 that three wholly-owned subsidiaries (Shanghai Hansoh Biomedical, Changzhou Hansoh Pharmaceutical and Hansoh Bio, LLC) had entered into a strategic collaboration and license agreement with F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd on October 17, 2026. The collaboration spans a broad portfolio of antibody-drug conjugate programs: two preclinical Hansoh ADC programs plus multiple additional ADC programs against Roche-proposed targets, all built on Hansoh's proprietary ADC technology platform. Hansoh leads early development through completion of global Phase Ia trials; Roche then develops the programs worldwide excluding the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, where Hansoh retains all development, registration and commercialization rights. Hansoh receives US$400 million upfront plus a US$110 million first-anniversary payment and is eligible for potentially more than US$15 billion in development, regulatory and commercialization milestones, plus tiered royalties on future product sales. Hansoh holds an option to select up to two programs and co-contribute to their development outside Greater China in exchange for incremental upside on US commercialization. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions including expiry of the US Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period. This is the second ADC partnership between the two companies.
