Endo closed its previously announced acquisition of Canadian specialty pharma Paladin Labs valued at approximately $2.7B, simultaneously redomiciling to Ireland as Endo International plc. Paladin shareholders received Endo shares plus shares of newly spun Knight Therapeutics. The transaction was Endo's tax-inversion vehicle and platform for serial 2014 M&A.
