XtalPi and DoveTree Medicines announced an AI-driven drug discovery collaboration worth up to $5.99 billion. DoveTree receives exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize a portfolio of therapeutic candidates generated on XtalPi's quantum-physics/AI/robotics discovery platform across oncology, immunology and inflammation, neurological disorders and metabolic dysregulation. XtalPi received $51 million upfront and is eligible for $49 million in additional near-term payments plus development and commercial milestones and tiered royalties totaling up to $5.89 billion.
