Memo Therapeutics AG entered a strategic collaboration and exclusive option-to-license agreement with CSL to develop recombinant polyclonal IgG products using Memo's DROPZYLLA antibody repertoire cloning and polyclonal antibody expression platform. The agreement provides R&D funding for exploratory work and technology access, and on exercise of the option a license fee plus development and sales milestones totalling up to CHF 265 million (stated in the announcement as approximately USD 328 million) for the first product, in addition to a single-digit royalty.
