Full analysis, sources & comparables →China Medical System Holdings (CMS) and Insilico Medicine expanded their partnership with an additional AI-empowered drug discovery collaboration targeting a mass-market central nervous system indication with a novel mechanism of action identified by Insilico's PandaOmics platform. The parties will jointly advance co-development combining Insilico's generative-AI drug discovery capabilities with CMS's R&D and therapeutic expertise. Insilico is eligible to receive up to approximately RMB 1.2 billion (~$165M) in milestone payments plus royalties. Financial split of upfront vs. milestones was not separately disclosed.
