Kaigene granted Celltrion an exclusive global license to two nonclinical-stage antibody assets, KG006 and KG002, built on Kaigene's PDEG pathogenic-antibody-degrader platform for autoimmune disease. Celltrion obtains exclusive rights to develop and commercialize KG006 worldwide except Greater China and Japan, and worldwide rights to KG002. Kaigene receives USD 8 million upfront, up to USD 736 million in milestones (including USD 11 million in near-term milestones through Phase 1 initiation) and tiered royalties on net sales.
