Celgene and Juno Therapeutics entered a global collaboration for CAR-T and TCR cell therapies. Celgene paid $150M upfront plus $850M in equity investment, with up to $1B in milestones. Celgene gained options to co-develop/co-commercialize candidates including liso-cel (Breyanzi). Celgene subsequently acquired Juno for $9B in January 2018, and BMS acquired Celgene in 2019 inheriting all programs.
