Avenzo Therapeutics and Duality Biotherapeutics announced an exclusive license agreement on January 7, 2025 under which Avenzo will develop, manufacture and commercialize AVZO-1418/DB-1418, an EGFR/HER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, globally excluding Greater China. DualityBio receives $50 million upfront and is eligible for up to approximately $1.15 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestones plus tiered royalties. IND-enabling studies were ongoing at signing with first-in-human study planned for 2025.
