AmyriAD Therapeutics acquired Recognify Life Sciences in an all-share transaction, adding Recognify's lead clinical-stage asset RL-007 (inidascamine) to AmyriAD's central nervous system pipeline. RL-007 is an oral compound targeting cognitive impairment in schizophrenia (CIAS) and Alzheimer's disease that has completed Phase 2a and Phase 2b studies and been studied in roughly 500 subjects.
