The combined company will advance an oral obesity franchise led by CX11, a once-daily oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist that has completed Phase 2 in the United States and Phase 3 in Asia with global Phase 3 planned, alongside CX12, a preclinical oral amylin receptor agonist with an IND targeted for the first half of 2027. Institutional investors committed approximately $300 million in a PIPE, contributing to roughly $377 million in gross proceeds. Closing is expected in the first half of 2027.
