Acumen Pharmaceuticals and JCR Pharmaceuticals entered a strategic collaboration, option and license agreement to develop an oligomer-targeted Enhanced Brain Delivery (EBD) therapy for Alzheimer's disease, combining Acumen's amyloid beta oligomer-selective antibody expertise with JCR's transferrin-receptor-targeting blood-brain-barrier penetrating platform (J-Brain Cargo). Acumen holds an exclusive option to develop up to two development candidates. Preclinical candidate data expected in early 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
